Competitor Content Research

As a YouTuber, we need to have an understanding of many topics. In your post, you have beautifully written many things. Actually, if we continue to publish videos randomly on our channel, then neither the beauty of our channel will remain, nor will YouTube's algorithm understand our topics, as a result, we will fall behind.

We often capture many types of videos, and many also try to capture videos professionally. However, if we can move forward focusing on a single topic, we will be able to do everything very well. In this case, we must express ourselves based on a specific subject, and below I mention the topic I am focusing on.

I love traveling, and I always go to different places. Because of my love for travel, I have visited many places and will continue to visit more in the future. As a result, I consider travel vlog as my niche and will try to grow my channel in this field.

Nadir on the go Bangla

I have chosen this channel as my niche because it contains videos related to my favorite topic, and I have been following it for a long time. I have watched many of his videos and still try to watch more. He travels to various places and tries to share the beauty of those places with us.

The three interesting things I have noticed about this channel are as follows:

• 1.Professional Thumbnails

The thumbnails of this channel are very beautiful. Before watching the videos, people can already understand what the video will be about. The thumbnails are designed so clearly that one can easily grasp what the content of the video is about.

• 2.Clear Speaking Style

As a Bangladeshi, I prefer the Bengali language more, and he is also a Bangladeshi citizen. As a result, his Bangla channel has many subscribers, and his English channel also has many. But when I watch his Bangla videos, I enjoy them more because his clear speaking style beautifully expresses everything to us.

Alongside that, in his English channel, I notice he does excellent dubbing. His English speaking style is so polished that he sounds like a professional British speaker, which I really like. His way of speaking is so elegant that he can describe everything in great detail.

• 3.High-Quality Editing

People only watch videos that are well-edited. If a video is not of good quality, viewers tend not to watch it. The channel I liked has excellent editing; the creator speaks beautifully and presents everything so attractively that one could keep watching all day. He also includes interesting topics that make viewers stay until the end.

What I can Imitate or Develop

After observing the qualities of this channel, I would like to mention and develop the following aspects:

• I can design simple and attractive thumbnails using the Canva app, where I will try to make everything clear within the thumbnail itself to attract viewers.

• I really like his speaking style and try to speak like him. I will attempt to explain everything clearly in my videos, helping viewers easily understand what I am trying to show.

• To make my videos more engaging and visually appealing, I will use free video editing apps like CapCut and Filmora to enhance presentation quality.

Travel with AK

As a second channel, I have chosen this one because it also contains many of my favorite videos. Every video is very beautiful and wonderfully presented, which I really like.

Here are the three interesting things I noticed about this channel:

• 1.Presentation

Everything in this channel is presented very beautifully. The creator presents various places so attractively that it brings a unique joy and enthusiasm for traveling both domestically and internationally.

• 2.Detailed Comparisons

In this channel, he compares everything in detail. He showcases the culture and lifestyle of different countries so beautifully that viewers can easily understand the differences and similarities. His detailed comparisons make the videos even more interesting.

• 3.Consistent Style

He shares everything in a consistent manner, which makes it easy for viewers to follow. He visits some places multiple times and adds those videos to playlists, maintaining a sequence that makes the content more organized and enjoyable.

What I can Imitate or Develop

From this channel, I can learn a lot for reviewing my own videos. Here are some ideas I can take and develop for myself:

• The travel videos here help me learn about many places around the world, and I can apply similar ideas in my travel content.

• I will try to include interesting elements in my videos so that viewers understand what I will share next and stay engaged until the end.

• Just as he maintains consistency, I will also try to keep continuity in my videos, especially for places I visit multiple times, so viewers can experience a connected story.

Viewers do not just understand from videos alone; a proper title is essential. The better we present our titles, the more effectively we can attract viewers — and the most important part of this is SEO.

Based on my chosen niche, here are a few titles and their descriptions:

Title 01

• Bangladesh vs India: Which Country Has the Most Beautiful Historical Museums?

Description:

• Here, I will discuss the museums of Bangladesh and India through videography, comparing them visually and highlighting their beauty and importance.

Title 02

• My First Walk in America

Description:

• Here, I will talk about a country that many people are eager to visit. As a tourist, I will share my first experience, what I did, and how I felt when I first stayed there.

• How Developed Are Bangladesh’s Railway Stations?

Writing the Script for the Video

Even if I make and edit a video beautifully, if the script isn’t well-written, it won’t become a quality video. Along with creating the video, writing a good script and presenting it clearly is essential.

Among the three titles mentioned above, I chose this one: How Developed Are Bangladesh’s Railway Stations?

Hello everyone, I hope you are doing well. I am also doing well. I am bijoy1, and today I am here with a travel vlog video. In this video, I will share about a beautiful railway station in our country. Many of you might already know it, and you can also compare it with the stations in your own country.

Railway stations usually have many beautiful spots and small businesses that we all notice.

To cross from one side of the station to another, there is a foot overbridge. I crossed it and went from one platform to another. I saw several small shops there.

Among them, I saw a tea stall full of people. Many were standing outside drinking tea. I entered there, spoke with the owner, and learned about the unique taste of the tea from the customers.

After that, a train arrived and stopped at the station. Many people got off, and many others boarded. I captured that moment. Later, I saw a long-distance train pass through the station at high speed without stopping, which I also recorded.

Even though the authorities know, they cannot act on it. However, we hope that one day everything will improve, and this station will become even more beautiful.
