Branch Office

I will describe an office engaged in education in the North Aceh region. The office is called the Regional Office Branch, or more commonly known as Cabdin Aceh Utara. The Branch Office of the Education Department is a representative of the Provincial Education Department. The North Aceh Branch Office handles all administrative matters related to teachers and educational staff. The North Aceh Branch Office oversees high schools, vocational schools, and special education schools located within North Aceh Regency. The North Aceh Branch Office is located in Lhoksukon, the central city of the regency. The Branch Office is open from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.

Currently, the Education Office Branch in Aceh Utara is led by Dr. Muhammad Johan, S.Pd, M.Pd, replacing Mr. Ahmad Yamani, who has retired. In addition to the head, the branch office also has sections for Teacher Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Administrative Affairs. All sections work together very efficiently and are very friendly in serving the teachers who visit the office.

Entrance

The entrance to the office is made of glass and wood. The glass is white from top to bottom, transparent from the outside and inside. At the front entrance, there is always a security guard on duty to assist visitors so that they can be easily directed to the room.

GTK KASI Room

The Education Office has a GTK Section room. This room usually handles all teacher and educator administration. The administration handled includes incentives, certification, and teacher transfers. There are about four employees in this room, headed by Mr. Manan.

Administration Room

In addition to the GTK office, there is also an administrative office. This office is headed by the Head of Administration, who oversees employee salaries, periodic submissions, school data entry, and Dapodik. This office has around 10 members.

Headroom

Every office certainly has a head office. The head office at the Education Office is located next to the GTK room. This room is used by the head of the office to work and serve guests who come to visit. This room is always open to all teachers and staff who wish to meet directly with the head of the office.

Manage Periodic Salaries

On Thursday afternoon, I left for Lhoksukon to deliver the periodic salary documents. I was accompanied by a friend named Said from Simpang Keramat School. We left on my motorcycle. Upon arriving at Cabdin at 2:00 PM, we immediately went inside to meet Ms. Hanum, who was in the Administrative Office. After reviewing the documents and signing the necessary paperwork, we returned home.

Cottage

At the back, there is a hut for guests who want to sit and wait for the person they are meeting. Sitting in this hut feels cool because there is a large tree above it, so a gentle breeze blows continuously.

Motorcycle Parking

The North Aceh Branch Office also provides parking for employees' and visitors' motorcycles. The parking area is located behind the main building. The parking area is made of wood and zinc, so motorcycles will definitely not overheat or get wet in the rain.
