Slow weekdays Fast weekend 🤷

Slow weekdays and Flying weekends. Isn't that what you feel if you are working or studying? Many of you will agree. This is what I feel and I feel the same about morning and evening. While working time goes so slow but when I come back from work I feel like my evening ends so fast.

During my slow weekdays I work most of the time. As my job is teaching, teaching is only a small part of it. Student assessments, school official works, professional works and many more are in it. Being a teacher is a mental struggle for some time . It happens more while engaging in teaching and while handling students.
Mental exhaustion is worse than physical exhaustion. In order to face all these challenges we have to learn from our experience and study further about students mentality. As teachers we can't never quit learning.

I've mentioned that I started following British council TKT module 1,2,3 last year . It was a government funded program for selected teachers . Recently I Got my certificates of them and I have got band 3 for all the modules. Which is a good result. I'm happy about what I learned and experienced through this program. Once in a while I'm planning to get this kind courses in future.

A participation certificate is also offered .

No matter what your field is further education is necessary to maintain your job role. In my pov this is a good place for ELT teachers for their carrier development.
