Messrs. Abdul Mannan Enterprise is one of the largest and oldest Hardware stores in Nayapara, Ashulia, Savar. One of the largest industrial zones of Bangladesh. It is a personally owned business. Zonal dealer of Stella. The foundation of this store is almost 30 years ago. It wasn’t that large then. In 2010, the elder son of the founder developed the current facilities.

Front Side

As I said, it is one of the largest Hardware stores in this area. This is a fast-growing zone where, every year, more than hundreds of new buildings or factories are built. It has 1200 square feet of space. Separated into various sections. It is politely organised by product variety. Bathroom supplies, kitchen supplies, dining room supplies, pipes, and paint; there are separate sections for everything.

Toilet Supplies

They have a large collection of local renowned brands and a few foreign collections. Though, they don't have any special collection.

Bathroom Fittings

In this area, pricing is different. It depends on how you're dealing. The maximum customers buy the product on loan. The customers who buy in cash, get usually get a 5-8% discount.

They also offer a loyalty discount. Hardware and building-making equipment are not regular products. But, when someone is building a house or factory, they buy a huge amount of items. Usually get a discount. They sell products for cash. They accept the Bank Transfer and mobile banking like BKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No credit or debit card payment system.

Wash Basin & Mirror

They are the zonal dealer of Stella. They have some reputations. That's why they provide quality products. They have a strong policy that they will never compromise on quality.

Building Supplies

Usually, this type of businessman is friendly. They care about customers. They work with a plan. A customer for a day means a customer for a year. A customer who came here to buy a product worth $10 could be a buyer of $1K within a month. This is how this business works. That's why they always show friendly behaviour.

Electronics Item

In this area, when the buyer makes a deal, they need products when required. Suppliers must react fast. They do the same and that's why they are the top sellers in this area.

Pipes

It is a roadside shop and doesn’t have parking facilities. They also don't have other facilities like a washroom or toilet.
