The Final Destination movie series has a special place in the #horror movie cult. I remember watching my first Final Destination movie. It was Final Destination 5 and I still remember, I watched it on TV Derana. With the plane crashing fear, the streaming record of the first Final Destination is being increased as the #movie goes around the survivors of a plane crash.
But today, it's not about that. It's about the newest addition to the series, Final Destination: Bloodlines. The series returns after 14 years and it didn't disappoint the viewers. Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Teo Briones, and Rya Kihlstedt play the main roles here. This movie received positive reviews and ultimately became the most successful film in the series.
The movie starts with Iris and Paul, where Paul had arranged a secret outing for their anniversary. It is a dinner at the opening ceremony of "The Sky View", a restaurant which is placed in a top of a building. Iris is afraid of heights but she didn't want to disappoint Paul.
And Paul didn't pull this stunt just to celebrate the anniversary; he wanted to propose to Iris to be his wife. And Iris was also carrying a secret in her belly for 2 months. Feeling the luckiest couple on Earth, they went to the dance floor to have some fun, but that's when the Final Destination-like things started to happen. The restaurant collapsed and everyone died, but not actually.
This was a daydream of Stefani. This dream has been haunting her for days, and she needs answers. She thinks this Iris from her dreams is her grandmother, who left them a long time ago. So he decided to return home after a long time. She has her own reasons. Her mother also left her and her brother, and it is because of this Iris.
Stefani told her father and her uncle about this, and they didn't like a bit of her plan - to see Grandma Iris and find out the truth, as these dreams are literally killing her future. With the help of Aunt Brenda, Stefani found the address of Grandma Iris, and she went there to find the answers. And the answers she received.. well, you should watch the movie.
At first, I thought this movie would fail in attempts to connect other movies with this, but they really succeed from it. And the movie had a good story, other than creative deaths. And that's why this is a must-watch if you are a Final Destination fan..
