Entertainment Blog #338 | Eleven [2025] : A Revenge for Past Actions..

It's been a great few weeks for TV series, but nothing spicy happened with movies. So I thought of trying something I would not normally try. There has been a buzz about the quality of Tamil horror movies. When I checked on trending movies of the region, it was all movies from India. And on the top, was this movie, "Eleven."

Eleven is a 2025 Indian #crime #thriller film, but it is not a Bollywood #movie; it's a South Indian movie that was filmed simultaneously in Tamil and #Telugu languages. I'm a fan of "Ratsasan," and most viewers have mentioned that it is better than it and full of twists. Naveen Chandra, Dileepa, and Reyaa play the main roles here.

The plot kicks off with a killing spree in Visakhapatnam. The bodies are burned, and there have been no missing person cases opened in nearby police stations, which is quite strange. ACP Ranjith Kumar was the police officer in-charge of this brutal case. And what hapens next is even crazier. ACP Ranjith Kumar gets into a crazy accident and goes to a coma due to severe head injury.

In the interim, ACP Aravindan has been performing well in the field, catching a gang of jewelry thieves and succesfully capturing a banned drug load. With the help of all these credits, he was able to take the place of ACP Ranjith Kumar and started investigating on the case. but it didn't stop the killing spree.

The police was lacking any evidence to follow up. And they found out a plate on the ankle from one of the victims. it should have been inserted from an operation. With the given information from hospitals and the age of victim, the police was able to narrown down the number of suspects. With the help of SI Manohar, ACP Aravindan started the mission to find the victim but ended up in a dead end which felt doubtful for Police.

The case intesifies with an eye witness being found seeing an abduction, sheds a light to this dark case. So, will ACP Ranjith Kumar and the Police members be able to find the killer and his motivation?? It's upto you to find out.

Just like the other Telugu crime thriller movies I've matched, this movie also was able to impress me a lot with the sheer amount of twists. I loved how the emotions were brought into the story and I literally cried watching some scences. It's a great movie and highly recommended for crime fans..
