It was his significant day.

Yesterday was my elder son's birthday. On both of my sons' birthdays, I am presenting them with a handcrafted card and gift.

It was somewhat difficult for me to choose a present for him this time because he is now a grown son who is over thirty-two. We are in the t-shirt business; therefore, there's no purpose in giving him a dress.

But since he has a strong interest in technical work, I decided to gift him a set of tools.

I decided to buy a gift online because I don't have the time to go shopping. During my online purchasing experience with Daraz, I came across a vacuum flask that is actually intended for gift-giving. I chose the black color out of the numerous available.

I also ordered a water pressure gun that may be used for car washing because I thought it was insufficient for my son's preference.

I got all those presents three days before his birthday. I also made the birthday card in the meantime. As everything was ready, I kept them in my Almira and waited for his birthday.

I am not so creative at designing birthday cards like my two sons. But, I did it as I could.

However, my son is the only one with us because their house is undergoing construction, and my grandson and daughter-in-law are at their grandmother's place.

I didn't want to cut the cake since their family is not with us. Instead, I was waiting for his arrival for breakfast at my house.

On his arrival that day, I acted as if I had forgotten his birthday. But, after breakfast, I hugged him and handed over the gift and cake.

He unwrapped all he received in front of me and thanked me heartily and said, "I thought you had forgotten my birthday."

Then he had a video call with my daughter-in-law and showed her all that he received.

We went out to dinner that evening to celebrate his birthday, even though his family wasn't with us.
