Today I am at a filling station located 22 kilometers from the capital on the Dhaka-Khulna-Mawa highway. The name of the filling station is M/S Mohammadiah Filling Station. A few days ago, I collected diesel from this filling station on my way from Dhaka to Faridpur.While getting diesel, I got out of the car and observed the filling station. The Mohammadiyah filling station consists of a very large area. It was the rainy season, it had been raining since morning, and water was accumulating in many places of the filling station. The place was also muddy. I saw the station from a distance. Several cars were parked on both sides of the station; I even saw a car being repaired.

Fuel is filled in two stages. In one stage, octane and petrol fueling arrangements have been made, and in the other stage, only diesel filling has been made. Long-route vehicles usually run on diesel, so the filling station has been arranged with diesel as the priority.

Before entering the filling station, a large signboard stands out, which shows the location of the filling station. There is a warning message at the entrance. In the message, everyone is requested to keep the products they carry at their own risk.

I went further, towards the washroom here, once the washroom was in a dilapidated condition. Although I saw a sign board where it was written that said renovation work was underway.

Here I went towards the cash counter. A filling station on the highway, so I saw a little security. I saw a few cameras in front of the cash counter. I faced an obstacle while taking a picture from the front, so I took a picture of the cash counter from a distance.

The cash counter is quite secure. A security guard is on duty at the cash counter door all the time. Glass is placed in front, and the glass is again covered with a grill. The filling station is open 24 hours a day. A lot of money is transacted. So, this is done for security.

The filling station has a total of 12 people working in two shifts. They do not get any overtime. They have to work on their salary.
There is a tea shop next to the filling station. Apart from tea, light snacks are available here. However, a good restaurant is available 2-3 minute walk from the filling station. All kinds of food are available there.
