In a beautiful competition, today I will make homemade ginger chili ketchup. Above, sir has shown us how to make it beautifully, from which I gained a lot of knowledge by watching, and from this little knowledge, today I will answer 4 questions.

List all the ingredients used in making ginger chili tomato ketchup along with their correct quantities.

Today I will mention some ingredients to make this recipe. However, I bought the ingredients for this recipe from the market. I have made a lot of ketchup at home in the past few days, so today I will make a small amount of ketchup. I have given the right amount of ingredients in it, and I am giving a list of them below.

First, I clean my hands and put tomatoes in a bowl, and I wash them with clean water. Then I cut the tomatoes into small pieces and put them in a separate bowl.

Then I put a clean pot on the stove, add some water there, and add the chopped tomatoes and cook for 5-6 minutes. And keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom.

Then, when it is cooked, I put it in another clean container and I keep it aside for some time to cool.

When it gets cold, I add some water to the blender and puree it well, and I keep it with the pureed ingredients.

Then I strain the blended ingredients through a sieve. In this, the tomato seeds and skin are separated. Only the tomato liquid remains.

I put cooking oil in a vessel and add ginger and chili there, and I fry it. After frying for some time, it turns brown.

Then I strain the liquid tomatoes kept in the sieve into the vessel and fry them.

I add red chili and salt as ingredients.

Besides, I add apple cider vinegar and sugar to it and keep stirring it well.

After stirring for some time, it thickens, and the ketchup is already ready. I took a beautiful glass jar I cleaned it, and put the ketchup in it. My chili and ginger ketchup is ready.

Present your final homemade ketchup to make it look attractive and well-prepared. Also use your name tag and date written on a paper.

I made ketchup, and it has been tested a lot. To keep it good for a long time, I added apple cider vinegar to it. Along with this, I spread some chili and ginger on the ketchup for beauty and to prove that it is ginger chili ketchup.

I wrote my name and date on a white paper, and my glass jar is white, so I put the white jar in another black jar and took a picture with my name and date next to it. It also looks pretty good.

Ginger is an antibiotic; eating it increases our immunity and is very beneficial for our bodies. Tomato ginger chili ketchup is suitable for us to eat because it is more delicious and beneficial than the ketchup from outside.
