Hello friends and welcome to my article, in this great community. I would be sharing my thoughts on this contest as organized by @miyexi
In life the sad days so come and go, it's a signature that life happens, we are faced with lots of situations and circumstances that weigh us down at every point in time. I also have my own stories too. It's really candid to know that what doesn't kill you, most times definitely makes you stronger.
Back in 2014, I had a serious event that hurts me so bad. My dad was diagnosed if pancreatic cancer and it took long while before I had to deal with it. I visited him several times and loved the bond and memories we made during the time. The fun was that he got well and came back home to us, there was light at the end of the tunnel. I feared so much that I'll loose him.
Importantly, few months later he got into the field for sports, he was actively jogging without getting hydrated and after about a lap or two he slumped and there were medical team in place to revive him and that was it, indeed a blow to the family too. I bore the whole scenario as a man and that is indeed my own part of the story too.

Also, about 6 months in college after the incident, I always attend night classes and that night I was going with my friends, we got robbed by dubious thugs at gun point, they beat us badly and took our gadgets and accessories, giving us hot chase to crown it all. It was a terrible period in my life and I would not forget it in a jiffy too.
Therapy:
The first line of action for emotional healing, when you are feeling down and hurt talk to someone at that point for counselling and advice. A problem shared is a problem solved too. It eases off the burden and makes you feel lighter easing off your hurt by about 30%.

Great Music:
Most times a good music playing could reverse your depression mood to an exciting time. It switches the emotions swinging the mood immediately for the best.
Little Shots:
It's ideal to take abit of alcohol, getting tipsy could in one way or the other make you feel lighter headed and ease of the depression too. It's a good mechanism and drinking a bit with friends would definitely aid you in the journey too. In all you drink do so moderately.

Candid Outings:
When you feel so down, trying hanging out with friends, you could also see a movie or do more fun things too. Visiting your favorite resort, it could aid you ease off the tension and enjoy quality time with friend can be an antidote you neglect, these friends make you feel so special and make you want to be with them all the more.
Hello, illness or death in the family makes us feel powerless, filling us with anguish, anger, and sadness. I'm so sorry about your father. After recovering, he fell ill again without any chance.
The recommendations are very good. Enjoying healthy moments with our friends helps us a lot, and listening to music helps us change our mood.
