Today I will review "Zam Zam Telecom" in front of you, InshaAllah. This is a public service organization. The person who is the proprietor of Zam Zam Telecom is Md. Sohel Rana. A young entrepreneur and businessman. He is thirty years old maximum. He originally started the cloth business jointly in this shop, in 2018. And he used to develop mobile banking and do some transactions of rocket. Besides, he used to teach in a women's madrasa. He did not feel much progress in the cloth business jointly, so he bought the shares from all the other shareholders. And for some time he continued the cloth business in one way or another. But in this case too, he could not set up this business in his mind.

So he sold all the clothes along with the cloth equipment. He paid serious attention to the mobile banking branch. He named the shop, Zam Zam Telecom. Which was previously Zam Zam Punjabi House. He started a new chapter in his business. Providing all types of mobile banking services including bKash, Rocket, Nagad, Upaya. And he started selling and replacing SIMs of all operators and solving minor problems. While walking from place to place, he purchased a laptop, PC, and printer. Two years passed in this way. Slowly, his reputation for honesty started spreading around.
His mobile banking customers increased.

At one point, United Commercial Bank, Sirajganj Branch, contacted him and offered to start their agent banking branch here. Md. Sohel Rana accepted their offer. He started another new branch of his business. Initially, he started increasing the account holders of United Commercial Bank's agent banking. Along with increasing the account holders, he continued to play various campaigns of United Commercial Bank. In this way, he became the owner of an important agent banking branch. After a few months, Bank Asia also offered him to take up an agent banking branch, and he accepted. However, it did not last long. Because two agent banking branches in the same room are against the rules. So he rented another room next door and started Bank Asia's activities there. But the United Commercial Bank authorities were not satisfied with this either. In the end, the agent banking branch of Bank Asia was voluntarily canceled.

So, along with mobile banking, he kept the activities of United Commercial Bank active. Along with this, he started another new branch of the business, passport activities. One by one, the number of passport customers gradually increased day by day. There are reviews from many customers that they fell into the clutches of various brokers while applying for a passport, were harassed, finally came to Zamzam Telecom and were able to get their passport done in a short time without any hassle. The cost is also comparatively low. In this way, Zamzam Telecom became a public service organization. People come to him more for this reason, other telecom businessmen do not talk to the customers nicely like he does. The service charge is comparatively lower than others. To withdraw money from various government allowances, all types of people, young and old, can come here and take services easily.
