I've always loved watching those programs where they buy a house at auction and then do it up really nicely and rent/sell it. I wish I had someone like you to tend my house in Wales rather than me having to be the absent landlord - but that's the way it worked out for me.

I am in Kent. Great weather and plenty of work to do so I can't complain.
