Onto the topic. I was actually wondering and I am still curious on how can I make myself more disciplined and more focused . The religious answer for this is prayer... But I can't the prayer in a masjid because of my work timings .. Its great that I can pray "Isha"(5th Prayer of the day) at time..
In the Quran it is said that one's heart finds peace while praying because you are the nearest to Allah for those 5 times ....
Let me include religious duties in my schedule and I will update you accordingly on how it has impacted on my journey to discipline myself...
