RE: STEEM MONSTERS at niTRon | And Why I Think Steem Stole The Show
Hey @llfarms
Brilliant stuff, I felt like I was there sitting right next to you also board listening to all the tech talk lol
In my honest opinion I feel that is what blockchain projects lack a good spin doctor. No one cares whats under the hood, well at least for normies that is dont give me all this aspirations and tech mumbo jumbo
tell me how it works, how I get involved and how it benefits me as user and all the benefits included in being part of a community. Blockchain projects have a major marketing problem and even with crappy tech I think the ones that put themselves in the users shoes and speak in their language will ultimately be successful (PS I am a marketer so I could be bias)
Totally agree!! And yes, I think a lot of the way things are presented just isn’t interesting for the common folks. We need to make it fun, make it attractive and “spin it” to a point.
Marketing is something that is sooooo dang important and while I’ve very much felt we need to sort of clean house before we invite everyone in (aka the masses) we really have to figure out what our message even is. We need to have a cohesive look and then can work on marketing to the world.. currently, we are just sort of a mess.. but dang this mess has so much potential!
Thanks for your comment and I hope that marketing talent of yours comes in handy soon 😉
