반짝반짝 빛나는 은갈치
지인이 주었습니다

중간 토막은 튀겨서
어머니 밥상에 올렸고

무를 냄비에 깔고
위에는 갈치를 넣고
가진 양념 넣어서 보글보글 끓여서
하얀 이밥과 함께 먹는 갈치조림
밥 한 그릇 뚝딱
맛있게 먹었습니다
