RE: The Big Dozen - my 12 indicator projects for the State of Steem in 2019 (part 1)
Thank you for your feedback.
We had an internal discussion about it and we came to the conclusion that it's necessary to stop exposing dollars on Steem based applications. Especially those targeted to hobbyists and bloggers. It's hard to become successful (which is, of course, obvious for everyone who tried to become recognizable on any other social media platform) on Steem and earn a satisfactory amount of dollars with current token price. But native Steem mechanisms can be easily utilized to give people possibilities to do things that are not possible anywhere else. Transfers without fees, beneficiaries, userbase and SMTs (in the future) could be used to activate readers in many ways. And bloggers should get additional features that are not available right now on generic Steem frontends. Dollars should be the last reason why bloggers decide to start using Steem.
And we're working on a brand new dashboard that we believe will change those things. Our slogan and pitch will change significantly and we will try to reach bloggers outside of Steem network.
