RE: "Steem(it) Is All About Trolls, Spam, Shitposts, Greed And Selfishness."
One of the things I've learned on this platform is to focus on yourself and things that you can control. How others are using the platform and what other drama is going on does nothing to help you grow or get noticed.
By consistently posting great content and interacting with successful people (not ones that just buy votes, but have earned there success) on this platform (especially during this bear market and lower Steem activity) will help you grow on the platform.
Nothing is guaranteed as people come and go on the platform so just keeping on yourself and the rest will fall into place when the time comes.
That is very true. I personally find it hard to remain focused when I see things I don't agree with or things I absolutely don't like though. I also believe that people have to "step up to the plate" so to speak, during such times. Otherwise, changes will never be made.
That being said, I'm probably not the best user to speak my mind. There are others out there far more fitting than me. "Little guys" don't get enough traction to make changes come true. At least not generally speaking.
