focus on yourself and things that you can control. How others are using the platform and what other drama is going on does nothing to help you grow or get noticed.

That is very true. I personally find it hard to remain focused when I see things I don't agree with or things I absolutely don't like though. I also believe that people have to "step up to the plate" so to speak, during such times. Otherwise, changes will never be made.

That being said, I'm probably not the best user to speak my mind. There are others out there far more fitting than me. "Little guys" don't get enough traction to make changes come true. At least not generally speaking.
