im not really a morninig person
here is what my typical morning lliks like
but i try to wake up areound 8 am
i check my phone first thing in the morning
then I brush my teeth, because I cant stan my bad breath
after that I take a quick cold shower
i dont like cold shower, but it makes me to wake up quickly
normally, I dont have a breakfast
but nowadays I live alone, so I have to take better care of myself
so im trying to eat something, smaller portions of food
