This is a topic that applies to any area of ​​our lives, when we refer to the business world trust is key, we could say that trust "is everything."

When we talk about business it is not simply about selling something, talking about prices or features, trust implies contacting and connecting with the client so that he feels that the decision he is making is safe and supported by the information we have provided, but above all it is a pleasant experience.

In my case this is applicable to the real estate sector, since I started in this market I learned something key, fundamental: People do not only look for someone to sell them a house for example, find me an advisor in whom I can trust since in this sector we handle very sensitive and private information and data. Clients need advisors who tell them things in a sincere, transparent way without empty promises.

When we talk about transparency, if something doesn't convince me first, I simply don't offer it. This may in some cases mean losing a sale, but we can also avoid recommending a purchase that won't have the desired purpose, such as an investment that generates profitability.

All of this is accompanied by speeches, which are the presentations we can give. The support always has to be with clear and precise numbers. In the case of projections and details, it must be specific, since when it comes to money or a person's savings, we cannot give rise to different assumptions.

Also, as real estate advisors, we are always thinking long-term. We don't focus on a quick sale, since the strength of this market is relationships, and these must be long-lasting. Trust means that the client comes back again and again, since they feel safe and find sincerity, commitment, and a real person with real results.

In the business world there are all kinds of people, but each of us chooses how to build the path and on what basis. A solid foundation means a trust that does not fluctuate and is genuine. Let us remember that at the end of the day people value much more how authentic we can be when we are advising them on those most important decisions in their lives.
