Family Barbecue!

Today @comandoyeya returned from his trip to Buenos Aires with lots of good news, all of which deserved to be celebrated with a delicious barbecue.

We hadn't decided what to cook on the grill, but on the one hand my mom had been hinting to me the day before that she wanted to eat matambre on pizza, so before getting home with my dad we stopped by the supermarket and bought matambre and a piece of ribs.

When we arrived, the first thing is always to make a good fire so that we have an excellent cooked barbecue. With the lines and a little Apple I lit the fire so I could put the charcoal on it and thus have an excellent temperature. The first thing I put on the grill was the meat, the rib on the bone side. I always cook the bone side first so that the heat from the bone cooks the meat from the inside. After the first cooking, I placed the matambre on the fat side.

Then I turned the meat to one side and then to the other side so that the remaining parts finished cooking. At the same time I turned the matambre over and put tomato puree and cheese on it. This time I didn't make the pizza sauce and it didn't have much good sauce.

After placing everything, I waited about 30 more minutes of cooking and then we served it at the table to enjoy as a family. It was an excellent time and above all a delicious lunch.
