Putting what is written into practice.

This thing about writing about habits, thoughts, personal development and similar things is good because it is not enough to just write it, when I do it I feel responsible for carrying it out since most of the things I write are not only conceptual but part of my experience

A few days ago I wrote about habits, how to start generating good habits and at least those types of habits that will help you project yourself and take the necessary steps to reach the established goals, at the same time the last thing I had talked about was about habits and repetition.

I do not forget that I have talked about the subject of procrastination and what we can do when it occurs.

Today I have decided to take action and use my productive time in activities that I usually postpone and end the day leaving it for the next day. Today I took action and took the first step, the 1% to start strongly in the change of habits in the search for what I believe does me good. Today I didn't give my mind any room to invent any excuse to stop or postpone myself. I decided and took action. I felt like riding my bike and I went out with the bike to pedal with everything!
