That's the problem with bid bots and why buying votes is problematic. Nothing in that pending reward counter is guaranteed or can be considered an entitlement until the 7 day period ends. Rewards can be raised and lowered by anyone for any reason during that window. That is how the system is designed. Nobody is stealing from you. Downvotes go back to the pool and do not go to the downvoter.
