Meeting my friend Rami again

My good friend Rami came back to Tunisia for summer vacation. He is studying in Germany now for university, so I don't see him much anymore. When he told me he was coming back home for few weeks, I was really excited!

We decided to meet at night at one place we like to go. It's outdoor cafe with tables and chairs, very nice for summer evening. We sit there and talk for long time about many things.

Rami told me about his life in Germany. He said it's very different from here in Tunisia but he is learning a lot of new things. The weather there is so cold compared to our hot summer here! And people are different too, but he likes his studies and making new friends there.

We also talked about old memories when we were both here in Tunisia before he travel. We laughed about funny things we did together. It was feeling like the old good days again.

I really enjoyed this evening with my friend. Sometimes the simple things in life are the best - just sitting with your good friend, talking and having nice time together under the stars.

Distance is hard thing but real friendship stays strong. Even if Rami lives in Germany now for his studies, when we meet it feels like nothing changed between us.
