I might be able to bring you in contact with some people who might be interested in you work. Do you have an abstract about what you discovered/have done? (similar to the Bitcoin and Steemit whitepapers)

Okay. I've published a range of articles on the subject and am continually refining the page where it is situated. You just reminded me to upload the first conference paper I wrote in 2006 on the subject. Must dig up the journal also and screenshot it.
