The thing is we already won the lotto and then we lost it all on hookers and blow aka the bear market. Some of us were and still are huge Steem believers and selling our Steem was not an option, we failed to realize at the time that that was just a chearleader mentality and that the markets do not care about our ideology, so now we are left with bags of previously "bought tickets" that we worked our asses of earning. Fun thing is that those tickets can still be worth something in the future which makes Steem very interesting proposal for the the long haul.
