Business Overview Of the Project Steem Solverse That Merges Solana and Steem

5 years and still counting. Solana was introduced as a token in the crypto space, founded in 2017, and in barely 5 years, it has shown its utility as a very prolific asset. I remember a memecoin I hold on Binance Web3 built on solana that made so many moves in recent months and has given me a good interest. Many other tokens have made significant moves on Solana, and if I must compare it with Steemit, founded in the same year, I see a very incomparable head-over on the all-time highs and lows.

Delving quickly into the business strategy i have concerning steem built on the solana, start by running a quick analysis of the basic that will attract investors which among many we can pick NFTs, over the years a lot of stunning photographs have been published on the steemit platform, if not nature photography, graphic designer have made excellent works on the platform and most time this graphic post pays out without a reward, apart from photographs many quality video content and artwork are good part of NFT and even those blog post, instead of adopting the traditional way of NFT markstplace the fusion of steemit social interactive will produce an engaging community. So in essence the idea here is basically a creators economy which incorporate solana high-speed blockchain with steemit reward system regenerating a social-finance for bloggers and content creators on steemit.

This application will not only be for investors like other platforms but also extend to creators, investors and also businesses who will interact with each other through comments, votes, etc.

PROJECT VISION

• The vision of this project is to utilise Solana’s strength in high-speed transactions and a considerable fee, enabling fast NFT minting and trading of Steemit-quality content.

Projects like Solanart are very popular NFT marketplaces built to showcase Solana's support for NFT trading.

Star Atlas is also another project built on Solana that supports gaming, which is complex. Steemit has a gamified platform, and this could be assessed directly on the platform that would be built to enhance a fast gamified experience and transaction speed, just like another Solana-built platform, Serum.

These are just examples that prove Solana's scalability.

WORKING PRINCIPLE

This is how the Solana platform on Steemit will work. Users create content and curate content as usual and earn on Steem, then high-quality content is then selected to mint on Solana as NFTs, which is one of Solana’s contributions, and social interaction and smart contracts are done in Solana. Maximising the speed, on this platform, instead of switching over, you can manage your NFTs and engage socially.

MONETIZING STRATEGY

• DeFi Pool: Users stake STEEM in these liquidity pools for specific periods and earn yield; profits from the yield percentage are then attributed to investors or circulation.

• Gamified sponsorship: For trending gamified content, businesses sponsor them directly on the platform through SOL bidding.

• Since SOL is an NFT governance token, a user, after minting this token, can sell it to investors on the platform for SOL or STEEM, making the NFT tradable to SOL, something I feel @jswit was working on. The trading SOL can also be used to vote on proposals on the Steemit platform.

• A considerable cross-content fee should be charged when exchanging a high amount of Steem to SOL.

• A dynamic rewards system should be set; very high quality can be published on the platform, and this content published will be tokenised to earn Sol while they can still earn a Steemit upvote as well.

I would love this application to have a mix of the Steemit content feed and the Solana financial dashboard.

DEVELOPMENTAL ROADMAP

This is my developmental roadmap to the success of this project

• Research and Planning (1-2 months)

Make researches and Study Steemit’s API and Solana’s smart contract framework

If i was programmer at this point, I would design the architecture for the NFT marketplace, social features(voting etc), and cross-chain bridge.

Define tokenomics and revenue-sharing to ensure proper distributing and circulating mechanics.

• Development (3-4 months)

Build Solana smart contracts for NFT minting, trading, and revenue distribution.

Create a user-friendly frontend with social features like a comments, adding popular tokenized post with quality NFT feature to bookmark and multi-currency support.

Integrate Steemit content and implement the Steem-Solana bridge for transaction and minimal rate.

• Testing and Deployment (1-2 months):

Running a security and performance test on Solana’s devnet and Steemit’s test environment

Deploy to mainnets after necessary crosschecks and audit

• Marketing and Community Building

Launch campaigns targeting Steemit and Solana communities.

Promotion on social networks like X, Partner with influencers and creators to drive adoption and full initiation.

• Reviews After Post-Launch:

Collect user review to refine features and explore integrations (e.g DeFi or gaming).

WILLINGNESS TO WORK WITH THIS PROJECT

I don't have any dev skills currently but if given a chance with my active X promotion account of 3k which will increase further as I begin the promotion, and digital marketing skills, I can create engaging videos, partner as a promoter of this application by running ads for a while and reading to know everything about the platform to be able to give an answer to any investors who would love to be part of this, seeing its prolific offers and also to users who will be attracted to Steemit through this. I would love to be a community manager/organiser or something like a support agent who will provide real-time answers to questions to users rather than bots' unhumanised responses.
