Centrifugal governor, it has a certain ring to it, I like it, absolutely. 😁
To expand: it's a device that regulates steam engines, and the term also alludes to not having a central government. The device usually has balls on it, so it may be politically incorrect, which is an added benefit.
We need a Steemictionary too. This woul fit in there perfectly right away.
