I couldn't agree more with what you said. People really just don't care. We want connection to others without putting in the time or even making a whole hearty attempt, our collective entitlement is... Annoying.
Will it change? Absolutely, but that shit has to happen from within.. users need to change how they use steem... And one day, it might happen without us noticing. Time does silly things.... Like show people steem isn't just a community of people disenfranchised or whatever they bitch bout getting kicked off another platform for, yea, we don't really want ya fool's either, but... People enjoy tearing things down... Don't really know why they throw progress and goals out the window for the opportunity to see some fireworks and drama... Maybe it's because we are wired to remember threats, FUD is threatening... So we remember crypto... But for the wrong reasons.
