This is my first participation in the first week of steemit challenge 26. I am going to share the street business diary managed by @max-pro. This street food is my favorite food. All the tempting foods are available at low prices, although many health conscious people avoid them. Let's start the story of tempting food..

`What kind of street food is available in your city or area?`

	Local fried items

Nowadays, street food is a very popular business that can be started with little capital and is a good source of income. In my city, all foods are available according to the time and season, including paratha, dal puri, cholaboot siddha for breakfast. The best time for street food is from afternoon to night, during this time, food carts sit at street corners and crowded places with their food stalls. In the afternoon, you can find fuchka, chatti, various fried items, hot jilapi, many people sit with boiled egg shops. Also, non-vegetarian items that are available in restaurants as fast food are available at roadside shops with a slight decrease. Meat box, chicken ball, chicken singara, samucha, barbecue items and seafood.

I often eat these tempting foods. Especially in winter, I get addicted to these foods when there are many street food items and they are available very close. Today I tried the meat box item from Bistro on wheels.

Chinese items are available here. Burgers, fried rice, pasta, momos, noodles.

Here are some other street food items at this location that are a treat to the taste buds in the evening. The fried items here are coconut pitha, egg chop, chicken kopta, mushroom and brinjal chop and each costs an average of 5 BDT which is $0.041 steem compared to $0.320steem.

I came to this Bistro on wheels for this question because he is a young entrepreneur, he is 20 years old and his name is Rakib. I talked to him for some time. It has been about 1 year since he gave this food card and he regularly serves food here from afternoon to night.

I learned from him that the initial journey was not good, many people have told me different things that he should not do such a business during his studies. However, he did not break his confidence and is continuing his struggle and is earning well.

Education: Patience and hard work are always the means of success. When you start something new, there will be obstacles and if you overcome the obstacles from the people close to you and stick to it, the hardworking people will smile with success.

`What do you think about the importance of this small street food business in our society?`

Street food business can be the first step to fulfilling our dreams. At the same time, it can reduce unemployment by creating employment. This business of becoming skilled is very important for us because we all know more or less and are skilled in making a specific food, as a result of which if we start with honesty and courage to create our own means of income, we will start earning.

Street food is a part of our culture, especially in winter, all our traditional items are arranged in the shops on the side of the road. It is equally popular at present. Especially from afternoon to evening, this street food shop is more crowded.

Although street food shops offer cheap food, they play a good role in the economy and regular large transactions are made in this business. These street food shops provide an opportunity to eat all kinds of delicious food at low prices.
