What kind of street food is available in your city or area?

Street food is now quite popular everywhere. Various types of delicious street food are available in small shops or vans on the side of the road. Street food is generally cheap and delicious, so street food is very popular with food lovers. Various types of street food are available in my city or area. With time, the popularity of food at street food shops has increased. And nowadays, due to the popularity of street food, the street food business is quite busy. There are quite a few street food stalls in my area. These street food stalls usually serve delicious food on the side of the road from the afternoon to midnight. The street food stalls mentioned above are from Court Station Market in Rajshahi. There are many street food stalls on both sides of the road here. Apart from the stalls mentioned above, there are several other stalls that cater to the demand for delicious street food.

Yes, I have eaten these foods. These roadside stalls are open since afternoon. This place is near my house so whenever I feel like eating spicy and delicious food, I buy from here. My kids also like to eat these street foods. So I often go with my kids to enjoy these delicious street foods. Like other days, today too I enjoyed delicious food from this street food stall. Today I ate fuchka from this street stall. Fuchka is quite popular among street foods. The ingredients for making fuchka are very simple but when fuchka is prepared with all the ingredients, the taste of fuchka doubles. Usually, potato filling, tamarind paste, egg and cucumber are used to make fuchka.

The struggle of a typical street food shopkeeper is much more challenging than what we see. I often come to this shop and enjoy the delicious street food here.

The main struggle of a street food shopkeeper is on rainy days or bad weather. Their life comes to a standstill due to rainy days or bad weather. Bad weather is very difficult for the business of a street food shopkeeper. On that day, a street food shopkeeper gets into trouble with his entire family, suffers from financial hardship.
Currently, the price of all commodities has increased in the market. Due to this, the profit share of a street food shopkeeper is decreasing.
Street food shopkeepers do not have any specific holidays. They operate their activities for about 12-14 hours a day. Also, clean water, food storage and preparation are difficult for a street food shopkeeper.
Currently, the prices of daily necessities are increasing, leaving the family of a street food vendor living in poverty.
Street food vendors operate their businesses in public places without permanent permits, and are subject to various forms of harassment.

I have come to realize that the struggle of a street food vendor is very difficult. Working for long hours without rest can also put their health at risk.

These small street food businesses are very important to society but many of us do not realize it. These small street food businesses are like the heartbeat of urban life.

The opportunity to enjoy affordable food for everyone is available only from these street food businesses. Workers, students and pedestrians who cannot enjoy expensive restaurant food can enjoy these delicious street food at low prices.
There are many families whose main and only source of income is these street food stalls. Without any other formal employment, they live their lives depending on these food stalls.
These street foods often carry the taste of local traditional foods and cooking that carries the identity of our culture to visitors.
Street food stalls are innovators of new foods. Which later inspire restaurants and businesses.

In short, these street food businesses don't just fill our bellies, they keep our culture, livelihoods, and community spirit alive. Street food businesses keep our streets alive.
