What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city?

The popular businesses in the Industrial area of my city are; provision stores, barbing shop, hairdressing salon, tailoring shop, and fast food stand. Out of these popular businesses in the Industrial area of my city, it is the tailoring shop that I like visiting.

However, I do visit the provision stores in the area to buy something. As for today, and for the purpose of this challenge, I visited the tailoring shop in the area of my city.

Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.

Mr. Mike searching for material

No, I haven't bought anything from this tailoring store before, but I have taken my clothes to the tailor's shop before for amendments. I almost bought material from the tailoring store but I didn't buy it because the colour that I was looking for was not available then. However, for the cloth that I sewed at the tailoring shop paid ₦5,000, which is equivalent to 27 STEEM.

Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls?

New worker's practicing

Workers are attracted to these stalls because of how good the owner of the stalls is. The owner is a friendly person and he is always ready to teach people. As for the time I visited the tailoring shop, I saw students who came to learn how to sew clothes.

Also, normal people are more attracted to these stalls because of the quality materials and dresses sewn in the tailoring shop. People are more attracted to quality and nice-looking items, such as nicely-sewn clothes in the tailoring shop. People come to see nice clothes and buy quality materials.

Are these businesses creating income opportunities for people around the factories?

Yes, these businesses, especially the tailoring business, are creating income opportunities for people around the factories. There are people whose business is to sell plain material, and there are also people whose business is to buy sewn clothes from the tailoring shop and resell them in the market. It is a business that renders services and exchanges goods (materials, & clothes).
