What kind of street food is available in your city or area?

In our country, street food is very delicious. In winter and summer, street food is very important in our country. For example, in winter, various types of pitha are prepared and sold on the street. In addition, food is prepared and sold on the roadside throughout the year in the city. In my village, there are a few people who sell food as hawkers and earn their living. In our local market, they make a living by selling food from small carts or roadside shops. My childhood playmate next to my house has dropped out of school. My childhood playmate has reduced his education and now walks the village streets making and selling chanachur by hand.

Have you eaten these foods yourself? Show their taste and price in pictures+videos.

I eat food prepared on the roadside. I have eaten Chanachur prepared on the roadside near my house. While preparing Chanachur, I asked to increase the heat with green chillies. Chanachur is prepared by mixing onions, chillies, and various spices in a bowl to make a delicious dish. I have taken a video and pictures of the method of preparing the dish.

The delicious dish is prepared by stirring some chanachur, onion, green chilli and spices in a small bowl. While preparing the dish, the amount of chilli and spices is given according to the customer's preference. Paper cutting is used to serve the prepared dish. A piece of heavy paper is used as a spoon.

The process of selling food on the roadside in my village market

Although the food is prepared in the open air, it is not healthy. I like the food prepared on the roadside. The food container is covered with a cloth. While preparing the food, the container is placed on a table. Later, the food container is carried on the head, and the table is carried in the hands and sold around the village. The food prepared on the roadside is sometimes sold in the local market of our village or on foot in the alleys of the village.

What did you learn about the shopkeeper's struggle?

The shopkeeper works very hard. I talked to the shopkeeper for some time and found out that every day he walks to different alleys of the village, twenty kilometres away, to sell food. Then every day he prepares and sells the food in our local market in the morning and afternoon. I have learned from thinking deeply about the shopkeeper that if you work hard, you can be successful. Every day, the shopkeeper sells three thousand taka. At the end of the month, he sells ninety thousand taka, but the shopkeeper works very hard.

What do you think about the importance of these small street food businesses in our society?

In my society, many people earn a living by selling food prepared on the roadside. Many educated unemployed boys earn a good income by selling burgers and Chinese food from roadside stalls. Especially in the big cities of our country, you cannot walk on the sidewalk because of roadside stalls. People in the town enjoy the taste of rural food by eating street food prepared on the roadside. Many people have become self-sufficient by selling street food. You can earn more money by selling street food with less investment.

Street food and business shops do not have specific nameplates, so I have added the market name to the Steem-atlas map. Still, I am ready to edit according to your suggestions.
