What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city?
There are several popular businesses around the industrial zone in my city. The most popular business is the tea shop next to the factory. Every day, numerous employees come out to drink tea at the tea shop during their break from work. The business of cigarettes and drinks at the tea shop is even more bustling. I have been working in an industrial zone for the past thirteen years. I myself come out to drink tea every day after work.
I am at the Naim Tea Shop next to Road No. 21 of Shyampur Industrial Factory.
In our area, there are tea, cigarette, and paan shops in front of the mills, as well as vans selling local fruits. Every day, I go out of the office and buy local fruits, including guava and mango, at low prices and eat them. Besides, there are garment item shops on the side of the road. Some people in our country earn a living by running small businesses in front of the mills.
Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.
Today I will write about one of the most popular tea shops in front of my office. I will write about Naimer's Tea Shop in front of Rani Re Rolling Mill on Road No. 21 in an industrial zone in the Shyampur area of Dhaka, the capital of our country. There are several garment, steel mill, and shoe factories on Road No. 21 in the industrial zone. Thousands of workers and employees work in each of the product manufacturing factories.
I'm at the Naim Tea Shop with my ID in hand.
Every morning and afternoon, the workers leave the factory for breakfast at a specific time. After coming out of the office, the workers have tea, paan, and cigarettes at the tea shop. I buy tea and cold drinks at Naim's tea shop every day. Small tables are arranged in front of the tea shop to sit and eat. The shops are given to the people of the factory for food.
Workers eat food at low prices and take some rest. The shops provide mental refreshment to every worker during the day's work. The prices of tea, cigarettes, and paan are low, making it convenient for the workers to shop. The relationship between the workers and the shops is very good.

Workers get a chance to sit and chat for some time at the tea shop. The shops have bakery items for breakfast. Many workers have breakfast at the tea shop. The owner of Naim's tea shop is Naim. I have been drinking tea at this tea shop for the last six years. The tea shop owner and I have a very good relationship.

Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls?
Workers work for low wages. Workers prefer low-priced food items. There is an opportunity to eat tea and paan at low prices in the shops next to the factories. In addition, the breakfast time in the factories is fixed for twenty minutes, so you can easily eat at the shops next to the factories. The favorite food of the lower-middle-income people of our country is tea and paan. Therefore, the shops attract more common people and workers.
Are these businesses creating income opportunities for people around the factories?
The shops next to the factories in our country are very successful in business. Businesses can make a profit with a low budget. Many people have been unemployed due to the opening of shops next to the factories. Many people are making a profit by selling local fruits at low prices in the villages. The rent of the shops next to the factories is very low, so their income increases. The cost of setting up shops next to the factories is very low.
