Today I am going to share a review of an ice cream and ice factory in the lower market area of Daganbhuiyan Bazar. Originally this factory is very old and it was once on the out-site of the market. Now it has entered the market. I went to review in the afternoon, since it was office work, so I went in the afternoon after finishing it. And when I got there, I saw that all the staff had gone to pray.

Anyway, I took a photo in that situation. Then I went to a shop in that area which is very popular. Since some workers work here, the workers always want to eat good quality food at a cheap price. So there is a shop in front of this factory which is Siam Coffee Shop. Where breakfast in the morning, lunch, afternoon snack and dinner are also available. And this shop has all kinds of food.

Boots

Such as chicken roll, vegetable roll, moglai, chamoosa, singara, potato chop, beeguni, egg chop, raw boot, fried boot, and many more. So that the workers can easily eat good quality food at low prices. And this shop is one such shop. The rates here are slightly lower than other shops, so that the workers can eat food within their means. Not only that, many people from the market come here to eat and drink because of these workers.

Since there are numerous restaurants and numerous shops in the same area, people come here because they get a little less. I took a selfie when I entered the shop and went inside and did some photography and videography. There are many things that are necessary for the daily life of the workers here. Such as different types of biscuits, water, then cold drinks, ice cream, frozen paratha, tea coffee and many more. However, after that I ordered breakfast there and especially their raw boot is very good.

Raw boots are sold for 20 taka in other places. And they sell it for 15 taka. And the quality of raw boots is also very good. Along with that, I ordered piaju, egg chop and beeguni. Which was perfect for afternoon snack. After breakfast, when I came to pay the bill, I talked to the shopkeeper for a while. Since I am doing my journalist duty for a day. So some questions remain. As far as I can tell by asking him, they sell all the products here at cheap prices.

At the same time, they try to keep the quality of their food high. Their main objective is to serve people, and in return, make a small profit. However, they are not interested in selling products at a very high price like others. By asking him more, I found out that their shop is very crowded. Especially in the morning and evening. And during the afternoon rice arrangement, people from many places come here to eat and drink. At night, some workers eat here and some take parcels. And I learned all these things from him. Finally, I left there and left.

What are the popular businesses in the industrial area of your city?

There are many popular businesses in our industrial area, such as food business, shoe business, cloth business, tea and drink cigarette business. There are some other businesses, but what I think is that the food business is more popular. Especially when the workers work, they feel hungry more. Because each ice in this factory weighs 60 to 65 kg. In that case, the workers have to load and unload them. Many times, big trucks come to take ice to use in various fishing sectors. As a result, their workload is more. So they need food. And from what I have visited them, I understood that the food shop is more popular in this area. And as such, the shop that I reviewed has more customers in this shop and the workers eat and drink here. There are also some grocery stores where workers buy groceries from the market and cook them at home. There is also a medicine business, because medicine is a daily companion of people, so the medicine shops there are also very popular.

Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices.

Since it is a food hotel, I bought and ate food there. However, there are many other things there that I did not feel the need to buy or eat. But especially there I ordered raw boot, piaju, beeguni and egg chop. Honestly, raw boot is much more delicious there and I like raw boot because it is a nutritious food. Raw boots are sold for 20 taka in other places. And they sell it for 15 taka. And the quality of raw boots is also very good. Along with that, I ordered piaju, egg chop and beeguni all is best. Which was perfect for afternoon snack

Why are workers or normal people more attracted to these stalls?

The main reason why workers are attracted to such shops is the price and quality. If the price of food or products is cheap and the quality of the food is good, then the attraction of the customer will definitely increase. And the food they prepare in this shop is of high quality. Especially, they maintain a lot of safety in preparing food. And for this reason, these workers and the common people are very attracted to these businesses. Another thing is that since it is close to the factory, it is very convenient for the workers. If there were no such shops near the factory, they would have had to go far and waste a lot of their time. In that case, since the shop is nearby, people are definitely attracted.

Are these businesses creating income opportunities for people around the factories?

Of course, these businesses have created income opportunities for the people around the factories. People are earning their living from the business and trade that they do around the factory. And because of this factory, some additional shops have opened business centers there, otherwise they might not have existed. Because people start shops or businesses there based on a certain subject. So it can be said without a doubt that the factories have created business opportunities for countless people. Along with this, there have been opportunities for the public as well. Although there are some shops there, there are some specific shops centered around such factories that might not have existed if this or that factory had not existed.
