You can imagine that I have chosen journalism for a day and will try to fulfill my duties accordingly today. Today I will try to discuss in detail about a business organization in my area.

We can see hundreds of businesses around us. Some have started on a small scale, some on a large scale. Some have hundreds of workers working there, while some are running their own organizations. Everyone has the same goal of becoming a successful entrepreneur. These organizations have made our lives easier and more comfortable in addition to meeting the various needs of our daily lives. We now do not have to go far to buy anything, we can buy it from various shops near our homes. We currently have various types of shops that we need, including clothing, food, furniture, and medicine. There are various types of shops around us, out of which today I will discuss a grocery shop with you.

I currently live in "Lalmati, West Bhurulia, Duet, Gazipur" area. There is a grocery shop called Zarif Super Store next to our mess. The shop is very spacious. Here, all types of groceries are available, including potatoes, rice, lentils, onions, chilies, fast food, drinks, and various types of tea. Hundreds of students from Gazipur come to Duet Admission every year. Those who live in different messes need various types of groceries for their messes, and they have to spend a lot of time and bring them from far away markets. But now, as some grocery shops like Zarif Super Store have started business near the messes, students no longer have to waste time and go far away to the market. They can easily do grocery shopping from this shop whenever they need it.

Here, all goods are sold at market prices, so there is no need to bear any additional expenses. The shop is open from 6 am to 12 midnight or sometimes 1 am. The owner of the shop himself lives there and has five other employees, some of whom weigh the groceries, some make tea, some do other work, and some sit at the cash counter with the owner. In addition, many of our daily necessities are available here. Most of the things for our mess are bought from here. I have been here since 2023. A good relationship has been established with the shop owner. Most of the time, he goes to his brother's shop to have tea to get rid of the clan. When I was in admission, I used to go to have tea at 12 midnight. Out of all the shops in the vicinity, this shop is the most crowded and customers come. To run our daily lives, we have to buy things from these shops when necessary. Especially food, groceries, clothes, medicines, some essential things must be bought all the time. However, it is not possible to share all the shopping pictures with you, so I shared only the pictures of the grocery store. And since there are hundreds of products in the grocery store, all the prices of them are beyond my knowledge, so I could not share that either. However, I had a cup of tea there today, I can definitely share its price. Each cup of milk tea costs 10 taka (0.8 steam). The price depends on the type of product. I sincerely apologize for not being able to tell you all the prices.

Why are workers or common people more attracted to these stalls?

First, people get the necessary things of daily life in these shops. That is why people are more attracted to these shops. Also, people can easily get their necessary things without any trouble by paying money, that's why people are in high demand for them. Drinking tea relieves a lot of fatigue from the body, that's why workers come to these shops to relieve a little fatigue from their work. The shops have everything, otherwise we would have to go to different places to buy everything. Which is very difficult. We get the things we need in the shops. That's why the common people are more attracted to these stalls.

Are these businesses creating income opportunities for the people around the factory?

Yes!. Of course, these businesses are creating job opportunities for the people around the factory. In the grocery store or business establishment that I shared with you, the owner has hired five more employees to run his shop. Not only in these shops but also in big industries, hundreds of people get income opportunities. Many more small traders are formed around these businesses, who start selling various types of businesses or goods by standing on the side of the road. As a result, they also create income opportunities.
