Ali Steel Enterprise is an office building where businesses involved in scrap ship recycling rent office spaces. You can also rent a desk here for your own business. I'm delighted to share that my desk is also in this office building, and I've been here for almost 8 months.

The office building is located on the east side of the highway in the Saleh Carpet area of Chattogram, north of the Abul Khair Steel Mill gate. Being right next to the highway makes it very easy to access.

The office is open 6 days a week, from 10 AM to 5 PM, except for Fridays. Occasionally, business meetings are held here, and in such cases, the office might remain open until evening. Additionally, the office remains closed on all government holidays.

The owner of this building is MD Faridul Alam, who also owns a scrap ship recycling yard. The building is named Ali Steel Enterprise in honor of his company. It was established in 2008. It's a two-story building with approximately 4 single desks and 3 double desks.

The exterior of the building features tiles on the ground floor and glass on the upper floor. It's designed exactly as a commercial building or office should be. The entire building's floor is covered with high-quality tiles, making it quite attractive.

The office interior is excellent, especially the double-room desks, which have all modern decorations. The ceiling features a very attractive interior design. The plastic and cardboard ceiling is beautifully designed with various colored shape.

All the desks in the office are equipped with high-quality chairs and tables. Since this is an office desk, employees need to work on computers, so each desk includes a computer table and all necessary electronic equipment. There are windows behind where employees sit, ensuring that air always flows into the rooms.

There are stairs for going up and down. Since the stairs are tiled, there are office peons to keep them clean at all times. I have always found the stairs and the entire office building to be very clean. The stairs are neither too high nor too low, making them easy for people of all ages to use. Moreover, there are SS railings to provide support when going up, gives anyone to easily climb the stairs with assistance from their hands.

There's a single-phase meter for the office with a power load of 5 kW. It's a prepaid meter, so the office manager recharges it on time. The meter is installed on the lower part of the wall, outside the building on the left side, and is kept easily accessible so that the recharge balance can be checked by pressing a button. It's also in a completely secure position.

The office building has all kinds of security measures in place. Fire extinguishers are located at various important points in the building. There are approximately 5 red fire extinguishers throughout the building, which are easily noticeable from a distance. So far, there has been no history of fire or accidents in this building. However, all kinds of safety measures are in place for such rare situations, which is a good thing.

Since most of the building is designed with glass, it can get quite hot on warm days, especially on the second floor desks. Therefore, all office desks have air conditioning. There are currently no ACs on the ground floor, but you can install one yourself if you rent a space there. The entire building has a total of 4 branded ACs, which are durable and long-lasting.

Security is crucial for an office, and to keep an eye on employees and everything in the building, the entire building is monitored by CCTV cameras. These CCTV cameras are on 24 hours a day, and the owner and manager monitor them from their room. They run on the internet, so the building has a broadband internet connection that is only used by people working in the office.

If you wish, you can pray at your own desk because the desks are large enough, with ample space even after accommodating necessary chairs, tables, and electronic items. However, if you prefer to pray together with everyone, a corridor on the second floor of the building, facing the front, is designated for prayer, where several people can pray together easily.

Most of the business people who have rented office spaces here bring their own cars and bikes. And for parking, there's a parking area. Cars are parked in the empty space in front of the building, and when there's a lot of traffic, they can be seen parked on the roadside in front of the building. Being adjacent to the highway offers great parking convenience, allowing easy parking without any hassle.
