"SLC26-W4 | Street Business Diaries: Service-based professions."

Today, I am going to participate in the challenge created by @max-pro brother, in the fourth week of the 26th session of the Steemit Challenge. This week's topics are very wonderful and important. In Bangladesh, many people still run service-based businesses on the side of the road. And among them, today I will try to talk about a barber businessman located next to the market in the village.

Currently, many barber businessmen are ahead in society. And the barber I will talk about today will be 70+ years old, you can probably guess his age by looking at him. No matter how hard or helpless a person is in life, he still works as a barber on the side of the road even at the age of 70+. Unfortunately, he does not have a shop, nor does he have any modern equipment, nor a good place to sit.

The most surprising thing is that this person cannot walk properly alone, he has to walk with a stick. More importantly, his whole body has become completely numb because his hands and feet are always shaking and it feels like they will fall off. Still, he runs this business and runs his family with the urge to live.

I have seen him since I was a child, sitting in this place, serving people and running his family. When I was a child, I used to get my hair cut from this grandfather, then he would charge only 08 taka for a haircut. Now I don't get my hair cut from him anymore, but whenever I see him, I remember those old memories and think to myself how much a person is suffering even at his old age.

Although there are various types of service-based businesses in our area, barbering is one of them. Because I often see people in the village going to the barber to get their hair and beard trimmed. In this way, the barber takes money and serves people.

So, at present, the demand for the service-based profession of barber is the highest in our market. Many times, people go to the barber shop and sit for hours for serials. One of the reasons for this is that every person is interested in going to the barber shop and getting services. The barber serves people very well in return for which he takes money and runs his family.

When Eid or Puja comes, a crowd of people is seen in the barber shop, from morning to night, people sit in the shop to get their hair and beard cut. No one can cut their hair and beard as soon as they go, they have to wait and then they have to cut their hair and beard.

I go to the barber at least once a month, sometimes to cut my hair and sometimes to trim my beard. Because our beard or hair grows very quickly, so I have to go to the barber. In Bangladesh, the price of barbers is very high because even though they provide service-based services, people have to go to them and sit down to get service. I will go to the barber again in a few days and get my hair cut.
