"SLC27-W1 | A one-day street reporter: Festival-centric business."
I am @sumon48 from Bangladesh
Today I have brought you some posts from the competition. I saw a lot of things when I went there. I went to take pictures in our area. I am sharing the details of what I saw when I went there.
01 What are the Festival-centric businesses in your area? |
---|
Various types of festival-centric businesses have been established in my area, including toy shops for small children. Various types of food shops such as Muri, Murki, Batesa, and many more. Here are also clay-made banks and clay-made pots. The most popular shops in the area today are toy shops. These were the festival-centric businesses in our area.
02 Have you ever bought anything from these stores? Show pictures + videos and show their prices. |
---|
Yes, I bought many things from these shops. Among them, I bought a clay bank. I bought a toy. Then I bought many food items. Among them, I bought muri, murki, batasha. I bought a toy for my younger brother from there. Here is a table of what I bought from there:
Serial number | Product name | BDT PRICE | STEEM PRICE |
---|---|---|---|
1 | Piggy bank | 80 tk | 5.24 |
2 | football | 580 tk | 38.00 |
3 | plastic gun | 180 tk | 11.79 |
4 | flowerpot | 270 tk | 17.69 |
03 Why are people more attracted to street stalls during festivals? |
---|
People are usually more attracted to shops. They are more attracted during festivals. During festivals, they have to set up shops on the streets because they are not given any specific place, so they have to set up shops on the streets. And when they set up shops on the streets, there are always people. So we go and see what is going on there. When they set up shops on the streets, the shopkeepers always arrange their goods beautifully. So it attracts people more. The food stalls that are there are well arranged and arranged by the shopkeepers and they keep them on the streets. So I think people are attracted to street shops during festivals.
04 Are these businesses contributing to preserving local culture? |
---|
Of course these businesses have contributed to conservation. Because the things they sell in our area have taken on a stormy shape. There are many shops here that are selling on sacks on the ground. We can take pictures and preserve them. In my opinion, this is why these businesses have contributed to the preservation of local culture.
