The Diary Game: Working From Home And Other Engagements(15-10-2025)

Good evening all, how are you? I am @bendelta28, here's my Wednesday's diary. I couldn't go to the shop today because I had light issues to fix in the house so I employed the services of an electrician and I wanted to be the one to supervise his work, I arranged things in the house and asked my wife to manage the shop for today. This should be her first time managing both shops at once, she called few minutes after she left the house that I had a job so I asked her to bring them home for me. My house is not far from my shops that's why I can conveniently walk down to my shop anytime, she brought the clothes and I began to work from home.

The electrician came very late from the time we agreed, he began to work while i supervised and made sure he did e everything well. He realized at the long run that he didn't come with one of the equipments he needed for work and left to buy it, upon his return I took a picture of the thing he went to buy before giving it back to him to proceed with his work. I paid him for his service when he finished and arranged the house before having my afternoon rest.

When I woke up I was very tired and hungry, I had eaten just a little food in the morning and wanted to eat more when I finished with my laundry work but didn't because I got busy with the electrical work when the electrician arrived. I went to the kitchen and took some food to feed myself, seeing the food alone made me salivate I ate the meal and washed the plates in the kitchen that were dirty. I wanted to go to the shop so I could do the ironing jobs my wife had told me about on the phone but I also thought of making today a day off from work.

Recently I have been going for choir rehearsal only on Saturday because of my tight schedule in the shop so I thought if making an appearance today in the church for rehearsal since I was less busy, before I left the house I took of the clothes I had hanged outside and hanged them in my frontage. I was avoiding rainfall because it takes us unaware now and it would be so painful that the clothes were almost dried but got soaked by rainfall because of my carelessness.

I arrived the church and joined in the rehearsal, it lasted for an hour and thirty minutes. I went back home after the rehearsal and my wife was back and had taking in the clothes I hanged in the frontage, I took my bath and dinner and began writing my diary.
