Hello friends and welcome to my article in this contest and I would be sharing my thoughts immediately.


"What is one healthy habit you practice regularly?"

Habits are meant to be upheld, most especially if they are healthy habits. I would be sharing one crucial healthy habit I practice regularly. I am most grateful for life and this prompted me to carry this special habit.

Importantly, my uncle died of kidney failure as a result of bad health habits, ranging from feeding dangerous meals, toxins and less detoxifying. However, this prompted me to taking strong healthy habits seriously. I take water mostly as it detoxifies my visceral organs. Trying up to about 4 to 5 liters of water daily. I don't forget my fruit routine which I hold in high esteem to aid digestion and provide vitamins, fiber fit proper digestion.

"When and why did you start this habit"


I noticed in our family that young men die untimely due to poor eating habits and bad overall habits. I tok it up to change the orientation after studying in college. The death of my uncle brought about the urgency in my heart to start this special habit which I pledge to uphold for long life and prosperity.


"How has it improved your physical, mental or emotional health?"

The fruits and veggies keep my body fresh. I take carrots which has vitamins that help the skin to glow to that effect I sparingly have acne or skin infections. A glowing skin like magic! The water aids digestion of fibers, apples and roughage in oranges provides fiber fit easy digestion and this is my habit which aids my life in one way or the other.

Challenges of health habits naturally exists.

My most challenge was financial constraints not all day are financially buoyant enough for me to afford all fruits I need. This has been my major challenge. Other challenges ranges from pure spring water as most water are contaminated giving me traits of typhoid, malaria and it musy remain my main challenge.


"What advice would you give to someone who wants to start this habit too?"

STAY INTENTIONAL:
To start up something is not usually easy. You must be intentional about being interested i. The habit.

CALL TO ACTION:
Take action immediately. This is a major advice starting up at once. Do not let anyone stop you from taking that bold step.

CONSISTENCY:
When you start off, it's consistency that keeps you going. Its not really easy, this this remains a virtue and sticking to it is divine giving you success on the journey and permanent change.
