Introduction

We all wonder how time passes by while feeling nothing much has happened, but in reality, a whole event has taken place within the period only that we are sometimes overwhelmed with engagements to realize that time flies. My twin girls are 1 year old. What an amazing feeling that is!

It's our twin girls' anticipated birthday celebration on 23/04/2025, a time of reflection, celebration, and showing gratitude for God's faithfulness. We have all reasons to celebrate these cuties because they brought so much joy and happiness into the family.

It's amazing seeing your kids giving you the love you have shown others, lightning up the house with their warmth gestures is one of the best feelings of having them around. My cuties are simply the best!

The journey of the past year has been an amazing one, babies are so amazing in all their doings. They are growing well, showing their intelligence to us and the people around us and, most importantly, having been bestowed upon sound health by the God almighty. Even with ten thousand tongues, that won't be enough to appreciate God.

The first-anniversary photo shoot went so well; the kids cooperated so well that people in the studio were amazed because taking pictures of children at that age ain't easy, especially when they are two, and you require almost the same attention at the same time. The party started 3:15 pm and it was so fun. Earlier, we informed some kids in the neighborhood, and we were amazed to see children trooped in more than what we expected, even those we didn't invite showed up.

The event was filled with a lot of games like spelling competitions, freeze dancing, singing, and other creative DIYs, all documented in pictures and videos.

I've watched my parents celebrating my birthdays in the past and it feels so good seeing myself celebrating my children's birthday now. Looking forward to many more years of bountiful celebrations ahead.
