My Diary Game: A HAPPY DAY WITH A LITTLE TOUCH OF ANGER – 25/9/2025

Just like every other day, yesterday was so amazing! After our devotion, we went straight to the kitchen, got rice done, and bathed my boy and got him ready for school. He just resumed school this week. When it was time to take him to school, he was so happy, unlike other days when he used to cry. I was excited that he's gradually settling with other children. I dropped him and came back to continue in the kitchen, washing dishes while my wife needed some rest as she was not feeling well.I am used to domestic chores anyway, and she's always happy seeing me in the kitchen.

I had an appointment with a lecturer at the University of Uyo in the afternoon. By 1:03pm I was in the Town Campus already. I tried reaching him on the phone, but it proved abortive. I didn't have to go back; I was bent on getting to his office, and on the whole, I met his absence.I was told they went for an excursions in the Oron Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State.While I was trying to figure out what to do, it started raining. I waited for some time before navigating my way to Annex Campus to have a meeting. It was already 3:57pm. I was done with the fruitful meeting and i returned home.

In the evening I was in the house and getting myself busy, and on the other hand, I was seeing a comedy movie titled "Mr. Trouble". The movie was shown on Epic; it was such a comic relief. The characters played their role, and it was as real as I could think of. Later in the evening, I didn't want to take something heavy, so I went to a nearby supermarket and bought a sachet of tea (I don't want to mention the brand), but it was a big disappointment. The colour and taste got me angry, why certain products are sold at the risk of consumers. I ended up wasting the money, and I vowed never to buy such tea again.

I was excited; my boy increased my happiness. I was in charge of the kitchen, and in the afternoon, I went to the University of Uyo, but I did not meet the person I wanted. The evening was disappointing; I bought what I couldn't enjoy eating. So I had to manage for the night and slept off.
