Steem4nigeria Accelerator Contest Week 96: This is Me.
Hello steemians...
I bring you warmest greetings from my own part of the world Nigeria, it's a pleasure to participate on this amazing contest organized by @steem4nigeria, in this great community.
What's something that always makes you smile? |
---|
My upcoming professor in the making, making his presentation.
Well, students presentations in my classroom settings often makes me smile, to be honest whenever I gave them a project or an assignment which requires them to defend it in class, you'll get to hear different kinds of views, composures and English that'll come out from their lips, they can be very funny in times of speaking and the way they demonstrate everything. So it makes me smile always.
What's your favorite way to spend a day off? |
---|
Well, I'm the type that don't like going out like that, I love been indoor reading or studying my favorite novels and going through my subjects that I'm teaching in school lastly eating and playing football games on my phone, that's what I do when spending a day off from work.
Is there any skill you'd love to learn and why? |
---|
Yeah, I want learn more about website designing powerpoint presentation and graphic designs, reasons because we are in a digital world where technologies or computers has become the order of the day, for that reason I don't want to be ignorant of some little things out there, although not because I don't know anything on computer but rather I want to improve the skill to a higher level, especially that aspect of power points for my profession (lesson presentation).
What's that something you're grateful for and why? |
---|
Together with my students after a classroom session.
Been educated and alive healthy is the more reason to be grateful, again I'm grateful because my parents sponsor me through School, why because is the basic key for success in life, and once you are educated you've got the chance for better opportunities in life, and that's the more reason why I'm grateful despite not working in government parastatal at the moment, but I believe opportunities will surely knock at my door someday.
What's the favorite memory you have of yourself?. |
---|
We pass through this similar stages of life🤭 there's joy and tension in it while presenting though.
Hmmmm the favorite moment of myself it was not funny as a trainee teacher during my college days we were asked to do micro-teaching, so when I started it was not easy standing before your colleagues and your lecturer.
When I started my presentation before you know have finished from my mouth and then I mistakenly speak Hausa my colleagus all burst into laughter including my supervisor, it was not funny ooo as my mark will be deducted, so each time I think about that I will just be laughing and Thank God Almighty for how he has saw me through thus far, now I can stand infront of thousand congregation or audience without been afraid or feeling tense, coz what my students were experiencing whenever I call them to do presentation was tension.
So, thank you friends for reading through my post. All pictures from Redmi14c. Thanks...
