Contest Alert : First impression !

Speaking of first impression, I believe it's very recommendable for everyone to observe it because it is very crucial. Our dress sense, how we smile, laugh and even body language really counts when it comes to observing first impression.

I've been impressed positively and also negatively by peoples actions in several occasions, I know you guys are waiting to hear this part but don't worry, I'm here with the full gist, let's dive to the main part without being sentimental.

Yes I've been in both situations, I mean I situation where I got impressed and turn off because of the persons action, it happens in a different occasion, let me discussed about it:

First was when I got impressed because of someone's action, it was during my senior wace exams when a female investigator came, she was kind of average old like around 45 years old, for someone of her age I was expecting a kind of big voice cause she had bear but guess what!!

Her voice was like that of a new born baby, like she really got me impressed the moment she said "hello students" her voice was adorable, gentle and sweet like that of a guitar, who would've expected a women of that age to have such a sweet voice, she didn't just impressed only me, almost everyone in the building" you just have to see how everyone paid attention to whatever she said with a little touch of excitement.

Second happened recently and I totally turned off, there's this new girl that travel back from lagos and she's currently staying with her parents and grandparents, so one day I went to the compound to buy something, I guess she and her grandma was the only people available.

So her grandma called her to come sell for, I was totally turned off with the way she answered her grandma, she was so insolent and for someone like I hate people like that. She was like "can't you see I'm doing something, don't provoke me this afternoon Grandma" damnit a girl with respect won't respond to someone in such manner, I left the compound immediately cause I was kind of disappointed.

Sometimes how we respond to people can turn off others who are just passing and our impression determines who we are and our attitude or character.

Yes first impression matters a lot because it is memorable, remember that I still remember the invigilator voice after four years, that's what a positive first impression does, it create a memory in someone's mind.

Secondly first impression matters a lot because it builds trust and a confidence in someone's tones especially on a date with someone, you know some people kind of admire someones voice, smell and dress sense; if a persons observe this stuff, he or she will be motivated to appear in such a way that impressed the opposite person and the best part is, if your first impression is positive, it'll spark respect because people will respect you.

Animals too do spark a first impressions, yesterday when returning back from work, I got impressed by two puppies. These two puppies jumped over me and that was my first time of seeing them, like I've been passing through the compound but I haven't seen a dog before.

So maybe they bought it new and you have to see how the two puppies jumped over me, someone I was scared because I thought the mother was inside and y'all understand that a mother dog doesn't take it was easy when people get close to the newborn, it was later that I learned the new dog have just being bought two days ago, but deep down I was happy that the two puppies played with me and I was very much impressed.

Because first impression is very crucial, I think it's very important to dressed appropriately when stepping outside or going out on a date with someone.

If your plan on your first impression is to someone happy and feels safe, it's important to smile when speaking to the person, not to smile like a mad man but only when it due to do so.

If you want people to respect you on your first impression, i believe that trying to observe non verbal cues like using eye contact, cool tone and being respectful can help at this stage,

It starts with simple things like being your self, compliment the opposite person, bring appreciated and the likes.

A sweet, adorable and gentle voice can create long lasting first impression that count, so I believe it's also important to be careful with our tone as well, remember the case of the invigilator.

In conclusion, first impression matters on every aspect of life, at the office, in business place, office, on a date and etc, there when leaving your comfort zone, be sure to approach and address people on a good manner because human being will surely judge you by your action.
