Health is very crucial; that's why more than eight billion peoples in the world search for medical or herbal treatment just to sustain their lifespan on earth, it's not just because of anything but because everyone wants to live happily.

Because to live happily is to secure a healthy lifestyle, for that reason most people would sleep for hours even when time and chance suck, most people cherish to exercise outdoors and at times indoors not really to build muscles but to ensure fitness and healthiness.

Actually there are several ways to practice healthy habit and these things we exercise them on a daily basis, well on this note I'll be discussing one of the healthy habits I basically love to incorporate just to stay healthy.

What is one healthy habit you practice regularly?

Exercise; One of my healthy lifestyle is exercise and it is somehow I incorporate regularly, the good news is I was recently appointed as a fitness coach with the help of our noble coach @ngoenyi.

Being a fitness coach is one thing that encourage me to never stop exercising; you see I don't just coach, I exercise as well and yes that's what happens when you don't just like something but have an extreme love and passion for something.

When and why did you start this habit?

I've just check my photo app to confirm the dates, month and year, I started to exercise fully on the 20th of May, 2024. From this day onwards everything changed, started to gain myself and my strength gradually.

How has it improved your physical, mental, or emotional health?

And yes; exercise has Improved my physical, mental and emotional health, let me start with physical health:

I've noticed a big time improvement in my physique, I used to be more slim and sometimes got mock that air would fly me up but due to excessive exercise, I've add up and I've been handsomely fitted.

And yes it has improved my mentally and emotional health; study have it that exercise reduces stress, improve mood, help us to focus well and improve our way of thinking, these are all true because during a workout session I normally do have fun and when it happens, my brian finds peace, calmness, stress free and depressionless.

What challenges did you face while trying to keep up with it?

I think there's a challenge in everything life has to offer, either small, average or big. The first challenge i experience is waking up early in the morning to catch up with the team on time, this has been very complicated considering the time I normal sleep at night, so I gotta adjust the time I used to sleep just to be able to wake up early.

Secondly and most importantly, approaching fitness requires healthy food and if there's no food to eat, sometimes anyone would feel discouraged and some kind of laziness. The economic is hard and the price of food stuff has hike, you gotta manage your life and work hard to secure a healthy diet and sometimes this leads to tiredness and discouragement.

But the truth is; when you love something dearly and have passion for it, you risk it all just to engage even in a short minutes or hour. So yes there's a challenge when it comes to exercising and these challenges are something we can all deal with.

What advice would you give to someone who wants to start this habit too?

To my fellow friends of my age and above, I want y'all to understand that exercise is a nice business, a future investment, a work and effort we put on to build our body, what makes it more interesting is "no one can steal this business, this investment, this work from us."

So get up and workout, don't allow procrastination to dictate your actions but allow discipline to be your driving force and see how you propel on your fitness routine and above your limitations.

You'll feel tired along the way but trust me, you'll have excess fun, you'll build yourself in such a way that makes you happy when looking yourself at the mirror, I hope to see y'all on a monday morning.
