In today’s world, especially In corporate and Political systems, Godfatherism is a painful reality It is a situation where merit and quaLification are ignored nd instead favoritism family ties or personal interests determine who gets positions of power

Let’s reflect on the story shared in this contest Moses was an honest and hardworking second incommand in Cabin Company. He had dedicated years of service loyalty and commitment with the hope of becoming the comPanys head when his bOss retires
But unfortunately when the moment arrived the retiring boss handed over the leadership to his son who had no experience or capability This shocking decision was a clear example of Godfatherism

godFatherism is a system where influence and favoritism override fairness and merit It happens in workplaces Politics religious institutions and even in schools It often destroys the morale of deServing individuals and weakens the structure of an orGaniZation or community

Have I Faced Godfatherism?

Yes. In my academic life I have seen bright students being ignored just because they lacked connections
It felt discouraging, but also motivated me to work harder and prove mYself

What About Those Without Godfathers?

People who rise without Godfathers are real warriors They face rejectioN mockery and coUntless failures Yet they shine because of Their determination and trust in their abiLities
ThEy are the true builders of society

What Will Happen to Cabin Company?

In my opinion Cabin Company will slowly decline A company led by an unqualified leader will struggle employees may lose motivation ProDuctivity will decrease nd eventually the company might collapse unless the mistake is coRrected

Final Thoughts

godFatherIsm may offer short-term rewards but in The long run, it destroys systems Let us promote fairness Transparency and merit wherever we are.
