Time Passes so Quickly: Do what you must!

Hello friends
Seating down and reminiscing on many things prompted me to pen down my thoughts. Have you ever sat yourself down to ask yourself some questions? Yes I do that often.
Think back at 10 year ago or lets say 5 years ago, you kept saying in future I would be this or that and I would do this or that. Do you know today is that future? Infact right now where you are, your status, your level, is that future.
Do you know, that time actually does not and can not wait for you? Make the most of the time you have right now. Seriously I wish I had put more effort in becoming better in life. Not that I didn't do well no! But there were decisions I made in the past that I felt were the best but guess what ? I regret them now even though not all. Right now I can't change the hands of time, I have to live with the decisions I made.
One of the areas to do what you must presently is in your decision making. Learn to make the right decisions. You may want to ask how do I make the right decisions? Is it possible to make the right decisions in life? Yes it is. You can make the right decisions through meditation, prayers and through the help of the holy Spirit. Yes you heard me. Holy Spirit. The holy Spirit is a teacher. The scriptures says he will teach us all things that we do not know.

You can also make the right decisions from looking at history and the experience of others ahead of you. Oh yes I know that it is possible not to have the same experience with someone else but still use that as a mirror and not a strict template.
Just know that you are responsible for the outcome of your life. No one else. Whatever decision you make about your finances, job, business, spouse, where you live, project or anything else, you will live with it good or bad. This is why you should not be influenced by anyone. A brother of mine would say "shine your eyes wella". Be sure you know what you are doing.
Today I was listening to an audio message where a preacher made a statement like this "in 2025 we would be In so so and so country and would be doing this and that". At that time he said this, it was 2017. I couldn't believe that so much time has passed! He made that comment 8 years ago. At that time 8years seem like a very long time right? But today we are in that 8 years.
Maximize the time you have, do what you must. Learn the things you want to learn now. Start that project now, marry that guy or that lady now, buy that house now, start up that savings now, that trip you want to make, go on with it. Make that phone call now, make peace with your friends, your spouse or your parents. Anything you have plans of doing, I encourage you to stand up and get it done. Time Passes so quickly that you may not realize it until after much years has passed.

Few days ago I was in a shop discussing with a favorite customer and suddenly an elderly man age 80-83 passed and was looking confused. My customer said she thinks that man was looking for her, so I assisted her by calling on the elderly man to come over. When he came, the first thing he did was to beg my customer for money, he said he was hungry. My customer said she just came now having no cash, this man turned to me and said he was hungry. I didn't have cash so I told the man I didn't have. He left.
I was troubled, so I asked my customer who the man was meanwhile I kept looking at the man as I saw him moving up and down to other people trying to beg them. My customer told me that this elderly man use to be a very wealthy man working in a renowned company. She told me he lost his wife early. So he was left with his kids. He had sons only.
To cut the story short, I was moved by the story, I called the man back, withdrew some money from my account and gave to this man. He thanked me and told me he had not eaten since morning. I wondered why a man that use to be wealthy is now begging, non of his kids can take care of him, he is left with nothing but there was a time he had plenty . My customer even said all of his kids are wayward.
This very wealthy man turned out poor now because there was a time he felt he will always have plenty of money, he didn't do what he must do. Probably he didn't invest rightly, save more money, he didn't listen when people tried to advice him, he thought he will always be young and full of strength.
There are things you can't do again if you eventually pass this stage of your life. Even if you want to do them, you can't. Now that you have the strength, why don't you do it. No one says you should not enjoy your life but have small sense! Have savings, have investment, buy properties, buy bonds, buy gold. Be good to people, be good to your self. Think of your future and make steps towards it because the future is actually now with you.
Looking back at my picture gallery also shows me that time passes so quickly, I indulge you to go look for your photos 3 years ago or 5years ago and you will definitely be sure that time passes so quickly.
I hope this lovely piece blesses your life. Stay positive! See you at the top.
It’s amazing how time slips away without us even noticing. Your post is such a reminder that every moment counts. We often delay our dreams thinking there’s more time, but life moves fast. Truly inspiring words—you’ve motivated me to take action and not postpone what matters most.
