My Neighborhood Watch #111 - Reporting Events Around us

Graduation ceremony in the high school I graduated from.

Last month (July) was a month filled with numerous graduation ceremonies in different high/secondary schools. My siblings also graduated too in their school. My younger brother graduated from senior high school while my youngest sister graduated from junior high school. It was a very memorable day for the both of them and I have talked somethings about that day last month in steemit.

Today I will be focusing on my former high school graduation ceremony. This was the set of 2025 and I knew the ceremony will be top notch. I graduated from the school in 2022 the same year I joined steemit though I joined steemit before writing my final exams in steemit and I wasn't very active until I graduated and started learning a skill.

These pictures are mainly pictures of my former classmate's younger sisters. He's currently a student in Rivers State University and their second born who was once our junior in the school was graduating. He attended the party that day because he knows the importance of him being there and during our set he was the senior prefect while I was the library prefect. Our set was one of the best I the history of our school.

I don't really know the post his younger sister was given before she graduated but I know it will either be female senior/deputy prefect because she's a very intelligent girl who has alot of good records and also has the potentials for that position. The pictures in this post ate pictures I was able to get and the one in black and white is a picture of the girl I'm talking about and her younger sister who is standing beside her and wearing he graduation cap. Her younger sister must be very happy that day as well. She will now be the only one in the school because her elder siblings have all graduated from the school and I'm sure she will graduate in 2027 as she was also my junior in school when she was very small.

The graduation gown is exactly the colour of our main school uniform which is Brown and milk colour and I have posted a picture of my classmates and I wearing our main uniform during one of or last days in the school after our computer science teacher suggested we take a picture together that we can keep for memories sake. I still have that picture n my phone and I posted it in steemit to save it here too.

Alot of awards were given to students who were outstanding in the school. General gists were given to Al the students who paid the fees for the ceremony. The students came to the school with their best outfits and before I forget, the name of my senior high school was DC INTERNATIONAL ROYAL ACADEMY. I love the school alot and the school is located in Rivers State were I currently live in. A very big school with massive population and big classrooms as well as standard laboratory for science students.
