Have you ever met someone for the first time and been impressed or turned off because of the person's actions?

Yes i have had such experiences manys times. One that i remembered clearly is when i mets a new teacher in my college. The first day she entered the classroom she had a very kinds smile and she greeted every students politely. She spoked in a calm and respectful ways and she also listened carefully to what students had to say. Her warm attitudes made me feel comfortables and inspired me to works harder in her subject. That was a very good firsts impressions that stayed in my heart. On the other hand i also remembered a time when i mets someone who was very rude. This persons did not greets anyone and spoke in a louds harsh tone. It immediately gave me a negatives feeling. Even though laters i realized the persons was not always like that the firsts impression was strongs and hard to forget. This shows how much impacts our actions can have on others when we meet them for the first times.

Explain your understanding of the saying first impressions matter a lot?

The saying “first impressions matter a lot” means thats the way we presents ourselves the first time can creates a long-lasting picture in peoples minds. Humans are quick to noticed how someone looks speaks and behaves. Even if we later get to know the person betters that very first pictures often stays with us. For examples if someone is kinds polites and confidents when meeting for the first time peoples will most likely remember them positively. But if someone looks careless rudes or arrogant others may feels distant and creates a negative image of them. That is why it is importants to be awares of our behaviors because first impressions can open or closed doors for us in life.

Tell us about your recent experience of a first impression of something or someone.

Recently i had a firsts impression of a new café that opened near my home. From the outside the café looked very simple and quiet. I thought it might not be a good place. But when i stepped inside i was surprised. The café was cleaned the staff was very polites and the decoration was modern and fresh. The foods was also delicious and they served it with a smiles. This experienced taught me that first impressions are not only abouts people but also about places and things. Even thoughs i doubted it from the outsides the café gave me a very positives impression when i entered. It reminded me thats we should sometimes looks deeper before making judgments.

Tell us how people can make first impressions positively count.

I believe that people can make their first impression count in simple ways. Here are some steps:

Be polites and respectful: A kinds words or a smiles can immediately make others feels comfortables.

Dress neatly: Cleaned and present ables clothes show that you respect yourselfs and others.

Use good communications: Speak clearly listened carefully and avoided interrupting others.

Show confidence: Confidence makes people trust you but it should nothing turn into arrogance.

Be honest: Pretending to be someone you are not may give a false impression. Being reals is always the best.

If people follow these small steps they can leaves a positive mark on others and creates opportunities in friendships studies jobs and daily life.
